Hey folks,This has been the coldest winter in history.The few days we had when the wind did not blow we took advantage of.Fishing has been real good out 20-30 miles.In closer the water is just to cold.The Amberjacks,Snapper,Porgys and a few Cobia have been keeping us busy.Of course we are catching some of the biggest Gag grouper of the year.Some of wich are over 25 pounds.It should be good come April 1st.Back water charters from Sarasota bay down to Charlotte harbor
have been kind of slow.A lot of Trout are showing up in the deep holes near grass flats.A few Redfish are mixed in.The key is to fish your jigs very slow.That is all I have for February.Please prey for warmer weather.
